The Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) works continuously to improve and expand the services we offer to businesses and travelers. One way we promote our services is through targeted marketing campaigns across Michigan, the U.S. and internationally.

 

 



Upper Hand Business Campaign

The current business campaign is entitled The Upper Hand and features Michigan-born actor Jeff Daniels introducing a wide range of success stories about Michigan businesspeople and the industries they represent. The campaign consists of television and print advertisements, radio spots, printed materials and a Web site, www.michiganadvantage.org.

 

 



Pure Michigan Tourism Campaign

Travel Michigan, a division of the MEDC, is the State of Michigan's official agency for the promotion of tourism. Travel Michigan markets the state's tourism industry and provides valuable visitor information services. The new tourism marketing campaign, Pure Michigan, is already winning awards and features Michigan-born comedian, Tim Allen, providing emotion-provoking vocal talent for the Pure Michigan videos and radio spots.
